Specialties include tarragon and cream cheese scrambled eggs in a crepe topped with a béchamel sauce, spiced pumpkin waffles with calvados Asian pears, lemon poppy pancakes with a mapled blueberry coulis, homemade muffins and breads, breakfast meats, fresh fruits, juices, and hot coffee or tea. Breakfast is served by candlelight in the original dining room of our 1829 home. We promise that you will not go away hungry. Individual dietary needs and restrictions are always considered as we prepare our morning specialties.
